Protecting Vernon Since 1825

We are a 100% volunteer department that responds to about 400 calls per year.  We have an AEMT level light rescue, a heavy rescue, 2 engines, a tanker, a squad and a UTV.  We were founded in 1825 and incorporated as an independent fire company in 1946.
